The bathroom sink had a large crack. the room itself seemed to be situated in a building shared with medical offices. This gave it a less than ideal atmosphere. the level of cleanliness was subpar. i expected better for the price i paid.

i experienced some issues. the walls were thin. i could clearly hear my neighbor snoring. the room was also advertised as having a mini bar but it lacked milk, water, or any drinks. this was disappointing considering the expectation set by the description.

The noise was unbearable. Sirens and loud talking persisted all night. walls seemed paper-thin, and i heard everything from the adjacent room. breakfast lacked variety, with limited options and the yogurt tasting quite off.

The location was perfect for seeing many attractions. I found it easy to walk to the Palace and Plaza Mayor. The reception staff spoke English and were helpful. The location of the hotel felt safe, with staff at the entrance.

The bathroom was quite small. I heard noise from the hallway. Breakfast seemed basic, with limited options.

The breakfast included a full buffet with a lovely view. Its location is AMAZING. I could walk to squares, the park, and the palace. The hotel is next to a souvenir shop. I bought some gifts. I found the bed comfortable.

I noticed the sound isolation could be improved. I sometimes heard noise from the hallway.

Fantastic Central Location

I really appreciated the central location. It made sightseeing very easy. The staff were really helpful and always ready to assist with any questions I had. My room had a nice balcony. I found the natural light in the room to be very cute and bright.

The noise from the street was noticeable. Earplugs helped a little.
